EFS Super Abrasives offers the service of wear and corrosive resistant coatings of nickel which are uniform to within microns and also coat bores and blind holes. Electroless nickel is a plating process which operates without current as in electroplating. A thin wear resistant coating of nickel is achieved to within microns of tollerance. This nickel coating is highly wear and corrosive resistant and usually no machining is required as the coating follows contours precisely.
